Paul Enters has acted for a number of companies recently to advise them on the acquisition of various types of properties including a substantial headquarters building in Newbury for the Sovereign Housing Group which comprised approximately 21,000 sq ft of offices with over a hundred car parking spaces in a self contained building close to Newbury railway station. The freehold acquisition and outstanding dilapidations were negotiated and a price agreed with the vendors at below the asking level. Paul Enters is now currently acting for a large professional firm to acquire just over 6,500 sq ft of offices in Newbury on a leasehold basis.
